Catherine & Alvin joined hands in marriage earlier this May 2010. I had the honour of capturing their beautiful moments with friends & family during reception.
Apart from heartwarming speeches from their respective siblings, they were also engaged in an interesting game where Catherine, blindfolded, had to guess who – out of the few chosen men – was actually her husband. She had to try to listen carefully as each of them spoke with a burger in their mouth. She guessed correctly, and they lived happily ever after! :)

I love it when couples enjoyed every moment of their big day. Cecilia & Jeromy had a blast during their wedding, and whilst I wasn’t the official photographer for the day, I too enjoyed taking some beautiful photographs.
Getting ready for your wedding is a huge event in itself, from having your make up & hair done, to getting dressed in your perfect gown, to spending some quality time with your bridesmaids. In Cecilia’s case, her 2 bridesmaids flew over to Melbourne from 2 different countries. Did you remember Cecilia & Jeromy’s beach engagement photo session earlier this year? Well, there’s more to it, as promised!
On their wedding day, Cecilia & Jeromy had a memorable day that many would remember; they were married on the day Melbourne had the huge thunderstorm / hail / flood in March. They say opposites attract. Harry & Maureen (friends call her Momo) are both lovely people with great characters, but yet they are different. Whilst Momo is very organised, Harry “goes with the flow” – and in the process, forgets where he leaves most of his things. Whilst Momo was happily working in Melbourne, Harry moved to Perth a few years ago and have decided to stay a bit longer… and he’s determined to bring his lovely bride along, of course!
When Harry visited Momo in Melbourne for their small marriage registry/celebration, they picked some great outdoor locations to capture their love for this photoshoot. We went from their usual date spot Botanical Garden to the Southgate area for lunch, and then Docklands for a nice walk on a beautiful sunny day…

Cecilia & Jeromy are getting married this weekend, almost a year after Jeromy proposed to Cecilia by the beach during Easter 2009. They didn’t get to return to the special beach where Cecilia said “yes” for the pre-wedding photoshoot, but we visited a beach at Mornington earlier this year for a fun pre-wedding photo session.
It was scorching hot – temperature in the high 30s – but that did not dampen Cecilia & Jeromy’s spirits at all. Cecilia had her makeup done in the morning before we made our way to Mornington for some fun in the sun. It was joyous to see how much the couple enjoyed themselves throughout the day…
