Carla & Chris pretty much lives in a modern fairytale love story. Carla was born in Spain and later grew up in Australia. Chris is an American boy. They met each other in their teens… on a boat cruise. They fell in love and decided to keep in touch by writing letters – LETTERS! – to each other. Years went by, and they lost touch. However, I did promise a modern love story. Carla & Chris found each other again toward the end of last year on Facebook.

Few months later, during Carla’s visit to the US, Chris proposed to her. They were married in February this year and I was the lucky photographer to document their happily ever after.

Fun facts: Well, what’s more fun than the modern fairytale I’ve just shared with you? ;) In case you didn’t notice, Chris proposed in December and they were married in February. That’s 2 months of wedding planning, ladies and gentlemen! One lesson we can learn is that the perfect wedding doesn’t have to be planned years ahead. All you need is a loving couple and wonderful friends and family to share that happy moment.
