Ideas & Inspirations #001: Balloons
Before launching this website, I have promised myself to not only showcase my photography work, but also to share some of the creative ideas and images that inspire my photography… First up in the inspiration board: balloons. Colourful bundle of joy. Simple pleasures. Joyous. Hopeful. And very very pretty! How can something so simple makes so many people so happy?
Recently at a friend’s farewell, she requested colourful helium balloons to occupy the ceilings of the venue. The result was vibrant and way too gorgeous to be described in words. And not only were these balloons fun to play with for the kids and adults alike, they also made the coolest & most colourful props for all the photos. That’s loads of fun on the night and loads of memories to look back to. A must for any photography session.
Now, the question is… What can I do with balloons to truly convey joy and fun in the photos that I take?
If you love the idea of having balloons for your next engagement/couple photoshoot, why not make your wish come true? Book me as your photographer and I promise you’ll have a whole lot of joy & fun – and plenty of colours! :)

All your photos have a yellow tone. Is that intentional? I think they’ll be prettier without the yellow:)
Hi,
Yup they are intentional. I believe the yellow tone gives it a more distinctive look :) I guess it’s just my style of editing. And that is why, even for my ideas & inspirations post, the colour of photography I’ve chosen are similar to my own style. Thanks for your suggestion though…
